What happens after you press send

1. Same day, usually. I read it myself and reply with either a fixed price or the two or three questions I need answered before I can give you one.
2. A written scope. Pages, features, who writes the words, who supplies the photographs, and what happens to your existing URLs — in writing, before any money moves.
3. Design first, then code. You see the design and say what you think while changing it is still cheap.
4. Build, test, launch. Including the parts nobody demos: redirects from your old addresses, structured data, the certificate, page speed and your Google Business Profile.
5. Handover. A walkthrough of your own admin panel, so you are never locked out of your own website.

What is useful to tell me

Your web address if you have one, roughly how many pages you think you need, whether you are taking payments or bookings, and what the site has to achieve — more calls, more orders, fewer questions on the phone. If you do not know yet, say so; working that out is part of the job.

Before you write

Two things here answer most of a first email on their own, and neither asks for your address: the website cost calculator for a realistic budget range, and the free website audit if you already have a site and want to know whether it is worth repairing or replacing.
